Returns
To process your return, please contact our Customer Care team at info@threefoldtallow.com and include your order number or confirmation so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Due to the nature of our products, no refund can be made for items that have been used.
Conditional items can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Threefold Tallow cannot accept the return of the following products (unless faulty).
If you have received incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning.
